About KLS

KLS is a Bali-based real estate and architecture studio built around two core pillars: verified property acquisition and thoughtful villa design. Our real estate team guides buyers with transparent processes and reliable information, while our architecture department creates projects tailored to Bali’s climate, materials and lifestyle. This dual expertise allows us to support clients with a clear, structured and trustworthy approach.

Who are we?

KLS started as a small team, shaped by a family where everyone brings their own specialty.
A Belgian founder with a sharp business vision, and his sister, an architect dedicated to meaningful, long-lasting design. Each arrived with a different expertise, and together they saw an opportunity to create a studio that approached Bali’s real estate and architecture with more clarity, more intention and a genuine desire to do things differently.

Almost three years later, that mindset remains unchanged.  KLS has grown, but kept the same line: clear processes, serious work and a distinct way of doing things that has shaped its identity from the start. Today, the studio is supported by a close team of architects, designers and collaborators who share that same philosophy and passion.

Our Values & Approach

KLS is guided by a clear and steady way of working. We value clarity, consistency and a steady way of working.
We take the time to understand each project properly and communicate openly at every step. Our approach is built on transparency and long-term thinking, guiding clients through a clear, measured process that keeps every decision grounded and meaningful.
